Here's exactly how this goes down in real time: Our warehouse manager Richard just received an alert regarding your order. (DING!) He will then gently - like caring for a little teeny baby bunny rabbit holding the world's tiniest faberge egg wrapped in silk - package and seal your order. *Note you will not receive any kind of bunny or glass*
Once he has finished packaging, he will place the order in the pickup slot. Our last mail pickup time is 2pm PST M-F. If you placed your order before this time, it is very likely it will go out the same day! We do however reserve a minimum time of 24-48 hours during normal business days to process all orders.
Once your order has been picked up, our system will alert you via email, and then supply you with tracking information. Please note: online tracking numbers can, at times, take 2-4 days to update.
Upon placing your order, you should receive 2 separate emails from us. The first email will be an order confirmation number. The second email will arrive once your order has been processed and shipped and will include your tracking information. If you do not receive an order confirmation email from us within 48 hours, please check your spam/junk mailbox or contact us directly, as it is likely that your email contact information was not entered correctly.
If there is an error on your shipping address such as misspelling, missing suite/apt number, or you simply need to change the entire address, contact us immediately. IMMEDIATELY. Drop everything - the plate of food in your hand at the BBQ, the phone, the tv remote, the cup of noodles. Drop it all like it is hot and let us know so we can send your order to you and not your neighbor. Simply write “Address Change” in the subject line of the email and we will take care of it. Be sure to include your order number, first and last name. If the order has not yet been processed and shipped, we will do our best to make the required adjustments in a timely manner. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we will be unable to make any adjustments.

Our standard shipping method is through USPS and can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to get to you. If you need your item sooner, we have upgraded shipping options available at checkout.
Out for Delivery - It is possible that your tracking information may say “Out For Delivery” for up to 48 hours without an updated delivery time. If your tracking information displays this message for over 48 hours without an update, please contact us!
Delayed - Seeing a “Delayed” status on your tracking information? Usually, this could mean a weather issue or transfer issue with the carrier. Delayed tracking information is common and is usually resolved within 48 hours of the original display message. If you have received a delayed message for over 48 hours, please contact us!
Delivered- My tracking information says delivered, but I do not see my package anywhere. In this case please review these short steps.
Check the address you entered with the address on the tracking information and make sure it is correct.
If that package has a unit, suite or apartment number on it, please check to see if it was delivered to a parcel locker, main office, leasing office, or property manager.
Please check any PO boxes, entrances around your property, and hidden or out of site locations on your property.
Still no package?We kindly ask that you wait 24 hours from when the tracking information shows as delivered, if the package does not appear after taking these steps in 24 hours, please contact us!
If you received your package and it is damaged, open, missing items, or defective please take these steps below immediately.
1) Take an image of the package closest to its original condition
2) Take an image of the defective or damaged products
3) Please contact us via email, with the subject title “My Package Is Messed Up”. Please include your original order number and first and last name!
